The Board of Adjustment (B.O.A.) meets on an as needed basis. Scheduled meetings are properly advertised and will be held virtually until further notice.

The B.O.A. consists of five (5) regular members and one (1) alternate member. The B.O.A. is composed of the Mayor, who serves as the Chairman or Chairwoman, and four (4) of the five (5) members of the Town Council. One alternate member is appointed by the Town Council from within the Town’s corporate limits.
